Muscular strength is not ony required to make the note in the first place, but the note itself is required to continue the transformation, as well as the fact that the body needs to be abe to handle the increase in energy. Strengthen the core of the body, work extensively on the stomach, sides, hips, and back. Sit for several hours every other day, until the musculature is strong enough to handle longer periods. Then, increase to daily sitting, with an easy day alternating with a hard day.
Sound, Vibration, EMF - Sing or reproduce notes of the scale to within tolerance, vibration and resonance increasing, volume increasing, stimulates acupressure points or internal winds (Kundalini). Sound input, resonant cavity, magnetron, sub-cavities. Practice singing notes of the western scale until within tolerance, meaning within the allowable limits of error that still are functional. Then progress to the Indian system of musical notation which includes notes between the semi-tones of the Western Scale. Another issue is the determination of what reference note the whole scale is based on, such as the change from A = 432hz to the newer A = 440hz. Research the scale and tonality used in the Great Pyramid of Giza and use that.
